Some of our counselors are willing to see vaccinated clients in person if the client is comfortable sharing that information. Others are willing to see clients who have not been vaccinated. Call our office for more information on specific counselors. Please be advised to verify coverage with your insurance provider as some are paying differently for telehealth vs. in person sessions. When checking, ask for outpatient mental health, telehealth with an end date for telehealth coverage.
If you are not feeling well, experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to someone testing positive, please call to let WCC know and your appointment will be cancelled with no late cancel charge to you.
A mask/face covering is required in all common areas at all times and is recommended for your entire visit if you are not vaccinated.
Please wash hands in restrooms (located on 2nd floor stair landing area) prior to entering WCC office or use hand sanitizer provided at our front desk.
Wellness Counseling Center has the right to refuse to provide services if a client refuses to comply with any of the above noted requirements.
