The following requirements are based on what we know at this time as recommendations for best practices for health and safety.
If you are experiencing any illness symptoms to include sneezing, running nose, fever, sore throat, headache, shortness of breath or feeling unwell for any reason or if you or anyone in your household has recently tested positive for COVID-19. Please call to let WCC know and your appointment will be cancelled with no Late Cancel charge to you.
When you arrive to WCC, please remain in your vehicle and your therapist will call you at the start of your session and invite you into the building.
When entering WCC office, please adhere to 6 feet social distancing and make note of areas marked on floors when checking in, making payments, etc. and please wash hands in restrooms prior to entering WCC office or use hand sanitizer provided at our front desk.
Also, please note hallway flow. All flow is now one way only.
The purpose of a mask is to stop the spread of COVID-19 virus in case we are sick and are not showing symptoms. All WCC staff and therapists will wear masks or a face covering for the protection of our clients. For these same reasons we are requiring clients also wear a mask or face covering while in the office.
You may be able to continue with a Teletherapy platform. This will need to be discussed between you and your therapist and you will need to find out if your insurance will cover this form of therapy.
Wellness Counseling Center has the right to refuse to provide services if a client refuses to comply with any of the above noted requirements.
Thank you for your understanding as we all make adjustments during these challenging times.
We are stronger and healthier together.
